Bay Bridge citation for Speeding

Hello,

I was cited a ticket for speeding on bay bridge and i'm trying to contest this ticket because i was going by the flow of traffic. I was the only car the the cop stop but everyone else was going the same speed as me. The officer said the speed on the bay bridge is 50mph and she cited me for 64mph. I still dont agree with the officer. I want to write a letter of declaration. But I really dont know how to explain myself and win the case. I want to be straight to the point but I also want to explain and question why am i the only car that was stop when everyone else is going the same speed as me.

You won't win the case. If the flow of traffic was in excess of the speed limit and you were going with the flow of traffic- you were speeding. The officer can't stop everyone at once.... it was your turn. Somebody else got stopped before you, and someone else got stopped after you.
Take a traffic school course to keep the violation off your record.

You will be wasting time and money trying to fight the citation with that reasoning.
