I was recently caught garage shopping from a persons house. The merchandice was below $50 in total, but it was from two different garages. I admitted to it when the police came to my house, and I am supposed to recieve a letter soon. What are the chances that the judge will take the case? And if he does, what kind of sentence will it be? A felony probably? It was a terrible mistake, and I got caught making the mistake. I'm terribly sorry.
