He May Be Charged As A Career Offender Due To Prior Convictions But We Are Not Sure About One Of Those Prior Convictions, In Which He Plead Guilty. Does A Guilty Filed Disposition For Assault And Battery With A Dangerous Weapon Qualify For Career Offender Enhancement Puposes Under The Federal Sentencing Guidelines?
