being sued after let out of lease.. please help

had to break a lease due to financial reasons property manager agreed to break as long as i relinquished deposit money which i did with additional funds home was inspected final walk through everything was great they said i was done now being sued by actual owner of the home for breaking the lease is this on me or the property management company they are the ones that said i was good to go i did everything i was supposed To is this on me or the property management please help

Did you get anything in writing from the poperty management company releasing you from your lease?

If so, this would be excellent advice to present to the court.
