BEING SUED FOR MONEY i DIDNT ASK FOR

Someone bailed me out of jail when I told them not too.Now that we are not together thier trying to get the money back that they bail me out with.Can they do that even if we had no agreement or never discussed paying the money back?

A judge will make you pay it back. It will basically be looked at as very poor taste that you are not thankful enough to them to pay them back. I've never seen a judge take that well or rule that bail money wasn't a loan.

Ya... someone else put up the money and you accepted it. You will have to pay it back. If you didn't want to bail out then you should have remained in custody.
