i am being sued for a roofing job, i was not allowed by the homeowner to see this so called leak nor was i allowed to fix it, full payment was withheld what are my right? can the homeowner sue me without allowing me to see the leak? does homeowner have to give me a chance to fix problem if one does excist? job was done in prompt time in workmanlike manner it was an insurance claim i paid homeowners deductible and i believe they recieved payment for a completed job from insurance company (no proof) but strongly beleive so. please help good contractor not a lawyer thanks and god bless
