Im being sued for a credit card that according to my divorce papers was to be my x-husbands responsibilty. what can i do about this. i am also waiting to be sued for a truck that he let get repossed.

You can file for contempt to get your ex to fulfill their end of the agreement. Other than that, not much. The debt is between you and the credit card company. The credit company isn't bound by the terms of your divorce order. They're entitled to collect from you, and you're entitled to go after your ex for what he didn't pay.
