My former employer ( who is Korean ) is suing me for$1000. He is suing me for damage of his property and breech of contract. The property in question is "preptrays" and "salad bowels" both of which are no more than a few dollars a piece, and are unbreakable by the means of pushing a cart over, which is the means that i am acused of doing. The sum of 500 dollars is what he thinks is owed to him for the damage! the contract that i signed indicates that if i use vulgare language and or drink/use drugs at work i would owe him $500 which is the other half of the lawsuit. i signed the contract after i was in the hospital for ten days and needed to go back to work cause i had no income.He made me sign this "adhension contract" to have me "by the colar when i was on-the-clock". I am counter suing him for the sum of $5000 for money owed to me for jobs preformed ( not paying me for six days salary and three days tips ), harassment, defamation, slander, mental anguish, and hospital bills. The hospital bills are a result of a slip and fall on his property. I need advice on the other incidents and what i would need to prove everything else i am sueing for.
