i saw a few postings of exes having car title problems, i am having a simliar problem. I own two vehicles both titles in my name. One is in my ex boyfriend's possession and he is not making the insurance payments, which is required by the financing company. I want to report it stolen, but do not want to file a false police report for obvious reasons. If I go get the car and take it with my spare key, can he file a stolen police report? please get back to me here or scsweddings@yahoo.com this all blew up in my face today and i need to do something about this quick.
