Hi,
What is the difference between a Bill of Particulars and Defendants First Notice to Produce.
I was told to 1st submit the bill of particulars then discovery.
Can I pass on the Bill?
I am the defendant in the case.

My question really is, do I need to give the plaintiff a Bill of Particulars or can I just send a Demand for Discovery. After my Prelim. Conference, the papers outlined a schedule, and BOP was first and then Discovery. What would happen if I just didn't submit a BOP?
Is it really just re-asking questions from the original lawsuit?
