Bill of sale enough to obtain a title?

My jurisdiction is: Indiana, USA

I am purchasing a vehicle CHEAP because it does not have a title, although the owner has a bill of sale in his name. is the bill of sale all i will need in order to get a title for this vehicle?

I am a new driver and need to know how to go about this. any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should contact your local DMV as they are the ones most knowledgeable about the titling process. I am sure it can be done, but you dont want to spend your money and then find out that it cant be titled and be out your hard earned cash. Better safe than sorry mate.
