We rent a room from a club in a shopping center for two hours a day for meetings. Our tradition is that no one ought to be banned from meetings.
The club is banning people for things being said and done during our time.
Once our two hours begins is that now our room or the club's?
Is there a statute?

What is the agreement with the organization you rent from? Chances are they can tell you to adhere to their rules or get out. If there is no contract, you are at their good graces and the whims of that organization.

You might want to seek some other sites. Depending on your state and county, there might be available locations at county/city offices, churches, the YMCA, Boys and Girls Club, etc. Check around, and maybe check with your county's Health Department for assistance in finding a spot.
