Blackballing from a doctor

yes i was blackball by a dr here in LA by a doctor.

this happen in 2011 and i hv been having a hard time going to doctor out of town i calked in 2012 and tired to see another doctor

with the med.wirker on the phone and i was denied to see this doctor

i was told i could talk to a lawyer so i am hoping someone can help me ir point me in the right dierction

I suggest you seek medical care at urgent care or ER of a hospital in the meantime.

Talk with a local attorney about this. See what one or two of them have to say.

Please don't post any names or physical locations. The state is good enough.

You don't want some bad person finding out where you live.

There is no law saying a doctor must accept you as a patient. Your medical history, good or bad is relevant. Go to a hospital clinic. Note they won't prescribe narcotics there.

Did you only call one other doctor? If you have been having medical problems since 2011/2012, you need to go to the ER or urgent care as suggested. If you believe you need a lawyer as someone suggested, then talk to lawyer or two. Good luck.
