Naturalization, Citizenship Born in a US military hospital on Canadian Soil

In December 1972, I was born in a US military hospital at a Canadian Forces Station, Goose Bay, Labrador Canada. Both my parents are Canadian and my Dad was in the Canadian Air Force at the time.

Is there any chance that I would eligible for US citizenship? If so, how would I even start this process, seeing how obscure this whole situation is?
