Bought home want renters out

I bought my home on March 1st, 2010. The previous owner had renters living in it. How do I get them out fast so I can move my family in? Then have not paid Mays rent, therefore their "last months rent" deposit was used and a 30 day notice has been issued by the lawyer, but I feel that they will not be out by April 15th. What do I do next, and fast seeing my lease is up we need to move to our home.
 
Do these folks have a lease? If so and they have kept up with the rent, you cannot simply "kick" them out. Their lease would roll over to the new owner (you).

However (and I'm assuming you mean they haven't paid MARCH's rent) and they have been given a 30 day notice, that is the time they have to leave. If they do not, you can begin the process of eviction....which can take several months to conclude.

Another option is a "cash for keys" deal where you offer money to cover moving expenses with the idea that they leave early.
