Okay so I purchased two vehicles in the same day from a dealership well the dealer ship calls a couple days later aafter my fiance and I drove both cars off the lot. We traded both our cars in for these new vehicles. We signed all the legal work and drove the new cars Home well the dealer ship called and said one of the finance Companies would call and told me not to mention I purchased the other vehicle in the same day. Well I knew something was fishy but wasn't sure didn't think anything about it. Well she calls about 5 days later and she asked questions about the other car I purchased that day so I didn't lie to her. She was just calling about insurance info and references and just so happened to ask about it. So I called her back with the info she had requested and she told me to contact the dealer. They made me bring the car back and gave us our trade in back. So is this legal? Maybe a breach of contract? After we have signed agrees to the terms and been approved how can they do this especially after driving the car a little over the week

I'd say there's decent chance that your paperwork mentions something along the lines of "agreement is contingent upon being approved by the lender"

Have you read the paperwork?

Yep, generally there is something in the contract/paper work that the "finance co." has to approve you before the deal is final.
