Breach of contract?

I purchased a car on 3/8/2014, at the time of purchase the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) light was on. As a condition of purchase the dealership was suppose to fix it. I have taken it in over 10 times and have been given a different excuse each time as to why the light is on. They have replaced ONE sensor during this whole time. They have turned the light off each time but within 24-48 hours it comes back on. We are quickly approaching a year since I purchased the car with no resolution to fixing the problem (though they did offer to disable the light for me) Is this considered a breach of contract and is there anything else I can do to have this issue fixed(properly) once and for all or get out of the contract if they are unable/willing to fix it? I am a disabled veteran that suffers from anxiety and driving with a light that suggests there is an issue is very stressful for me.

Read your contract, if it provides a way out, that's your escape passage.
I doubt that you'l find one, so your other option is to trade the lemon and buy yourself a peach.

If by contract, you mean a financing contract with a financial institution (not the dealership), then there is no breach of contract. They agreed to finance the car and they did so. Your issue is with the seller. You can try to trade out of the vehicle with them or someone else. You can continue to bring it to them for repair, or bring it elsewhere for repair and try to get them to reimburse you. You can report them to the BBB and maybe that will get someone's attention. Maybe. If you haven't yet done so, speak with the service department manage, if no help then speak with the General Manager or dealer. If you can't get an appointment, send a letter. Good luck.
