Breaking a Lease

Another question... If i decide to break the lease. And do whatever it says in the lease. If its a 2 month rent to get out or something like that. And i give them the proper notice. Can they still report to the credit Bureau?

If you follow what is listed on your lease in terms of the allowed steps to breaking this, there should be no reason for management to report you to any credit bureau.
