I received an MIP a few months ago at a tailgate and got deferred adjudication, I have three months left of the probation, but here recently l received an MIC, the second incident occurred in a completely different county. What should I expect now? and yes I know at this point I need to stop drinking for a while

You might want to talk to your PO & a lawyer.

Since it was deferred adjudication I did not receive a parole officer

The authorities will be contacting you sooner, rather than later.
In the meantime, get started with AA.
That will look good to the judge that will be presiding over your recent case.
When you appear in court, plead not guilty and ask for a public defender.
Speak to the public defender about getting treatment.
If you don't get on top of this now, it'll ruin your life!

If you can afford a lawyer, I would talk to one now. If you can't afford one, then ask the court if they will appoint you a public defender. The court will only appoint you a PD if you cannot afford a lawyer.
