Bryant University won't return an $800 deposit

I sent Bryant University an $800 deposit because my daughter was going to attend. She received an opportunity to attend college for free and will not attend. Bryant states the deposit is non-refundable and will go towards the student's tuition. Do I have any legal recourse?? :dunno:

Depends on what the fine print in either their policy has or on the application where it asks for the deposit says -- read everything real good--- or call them back and ask them where it states this is non refundable--
