I own a small boat business. I built a boat for a lady a couple years ago, she used it for a season, trashed it, and insisted it was my fault. She lived out of state, and I wanted to do everything possible to keep her happy, so I offered her a new boat, sight-unseen. She agreed and we made the trade. After she left, I noticed and photographed all the damage, but shrugged my shoulders chalking it up to lifes many lessons. She called and complained that the new boat was also having many problems. I told her about the damage I found on her first boat, and advised her to sell her new one because I was finished working with her. She filed a complaint with the BBB, and they ended up siding with me. Recently, after typing my company name into google, I noticed that she left a nasty little post about me and my product. I've built and sold tons of boats with no problems, is there anything I can do or should I just ignore it? Thanks for your time.
