I had 2 chiroprator appointments over 2 years ago and I just recieved a $80 bill in the mail. I had/have insurance and was under the understanding that they would pay for it. I never recieved a bill from this company in the past 2 years and just wondering what are my rights in this bill. If my insurance didn't or won't pay for it is it up to me to pick up the tab or because of the time delay (2 years and lack of communication) would the company have to eat the bill itself? thanks

Your first task is to contact the chiropractor and ask if the bill was submitted to insurance. Then call your insurance to verify and determine why the bill wasn't paid.
If the doctor failed to submit the claim to insurance then their dispute is with them, not with you. You are not obligated to pay anything unless a judge orders you to... however this is a pretty low amount and you can avoid a lot of hassle by simply paying it.
It sounds like you have some calls to make to seek more info.
