I was looking for someone to give me some advice on how to fight an MIP. I was at a party in michigan at about 12:30, me and a couple of friends were getting ready to leave, when out of nowhere a cop walks up and tells us that we have to go back in to the house. We didn't argue at all. Eventually he asked all of us for breathalizers. I was asked for mine at 12:42 and the test didn't read my results untill 12:45 no one elses took this long and I wasn't asked to retake it the officer said I blew a .140. I later given an MIP citation. I am nineteen years old and this is my first offense. I want to put in a plea of not guilty if there is a chance that I could have it dissmissed. I would much rather not have it on my record. could you give me any advice to how I could fight this??
