buying a new car

i bought a new car and sign a contract then i decided not even 24 hours later the vechile was not what i wanted. Also the payments are not what i wanted. the finace company has held the loan however the dealer ship will not let me out of it. What am I suppose to do about it? I think most people confuse the 72 hour "cooling off period" that is federal law for "door-to-door selling" and hope it will get them out of a deal. At this point I'm not sure what I can tell you. Buying a new car and taking it home reduces the value of the new car immediately as well. So even if you are suffering from buyer's remorse, there still is a loss in value that will have to be dealt with. Perhaps someone else might have an idea but I'm not sure there is a clean way out of this one... perhaps you'll love the car and this stage is just temporary. :)
