buying mobilhome-application to park denied

I am buying a mobilhome in Rialto, Ca and have been refused for tenancy by the park. My husband was accepted but not I! We really need information on what to do. The mobil belonged to my mom. She has Alzeimers and has moved 3 mobils away in the same park. I need to be close so I can help take care of her. HELP!!

I would go talk to the mobile park manager to see exactly why you are denied and see if you can appeal it or talk to someone that can help you get in there-- because you must be by your mother to assits with her. if there is no way to get approved you may need to look at selling the home and moving somewhere else with your mom0
