california speeding ticket

I got a ticket in california for speeding In a semi truck. The officer marked the ticket as registered owner same as driver. This is not the case I am a company driver. Can I get the ticket dismissed under pergery?

That won't get it dismissed. Police make mistakes on citations all the time. If he cited you for something you didn't do, or if he put someone else's name as the driver, then you might have something.
