Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Called the CA courts....I'm screwed, what should I do?

OK, I called the CA court system to try and clear my driving record so that I can get a liscense.

They told me that I have four warrants:
Possession from 98
Under The Influence from 98
Shoplifting from 98
DUI from 99

They say that I have to appear before a judge to clear these charges, and that there is no statute of limitations on any of these charges.

I live in WA State, and cannot get down to CA. What should I do?

You can hire an attorney to try and address these on your behalf. Unfortunately, warrants generally require your appearance for booking purposes even if you will be released almost immediately with a citation or on bail.

You can either take care of it or keep walking.
