Can a 17 year old be an adult in Australia because I'm 17 and my bf is 19 years old or is he still a teenager aswell so can I be an adult because that's watt the police told me

This is a US law board. In the US legal adulthood is achieved at the age of 18 (older in a few states). If you want to know the law for Australia you will have to ask an Australian source.
