Set up an appointment with an attorney (private or public defender) and ask about the areas diversion programs. Many offer free consultations and can give you advice on criminal matters such as yours. It is not wise to appear before the court without counsel and expect that your record will remain "clean".

With a lawyer you will open your options as far as possible defenses and plea deals.
