In january2009, mia stated a business as self employed builder.to give him a start in his career, his brother hakim, who ran a retail estate agency business, said he would give him £2,000 if he repairs the bathroom and a roof in one properties. At the same time, his friend jane asked him to do work for her business for a fixed price of £1.000.
However, aafter completing the two projects hakim and jane have failed to pay for the work they had commissioned.
Hakim said he would not pay anything as he had only offed the work to help his brother out to gain more experience . Jane said she would not pay anything either, on the basis that she had only given the work to do on a basis of their friendship to help him gain more experience.

You are requied to advise mia whetherhe can demand hakim and jane to pay the full amounts of their initial promises.

No, we are not required to advise anything. As you were already told, we do not answer questions of UK law here.

I gave you a UK forum to try.......

I think we do need to dial back some of our responses and remember that even if some law students are coming here looking for answers to their homework, we still need to be respectful, even when sarcastic. We do have to keep some semblance of proper professional decorum here and hopefully it's not getting too far out of line.
