can a court case be thrown out due to spelling of defendants last name

There is case in Florida where the defendants last name is spelled incorrectly. When you type the defendants name in the court records search engine correctly nothing comes up. However when you type it incorrectly the charges come up. I am wondering if this will make a difference as this person has a warrant out for his arrest and if he was stopped and the name is entered as it appears on his drivers liscense nothing will come up.

Makes no difference, might fool a cop or two, eventually he'll be arrested.
