I was looking for a new car Chevy Trax and I saw one on sale at Miami lakes auto mall. I send a request for OTD price or bottom line price with a stock number of the car I wanted. I was given a number that I like. I told them I would be going to buy the car on my next day off. Which was two days away? The next day I am sent an email telling that they are not sure why their salesman give me that price? Can the dealership not honor the Final price given to me by their salesman?

I suppose the dealership could be confused.
We all get confused from time to time.

Yes, for too many reasons for me to recount.

The price you were given wasn't binding, absent a deposit and a signed purchase agreement.

I suggest you visit the dealership, and discuss your concerns with a manager.
