My father was buried in June. On Friday we found that they moved my fathers remains a few feet and never notified anyone in the family. This still required them to dig up his remains. They attempted to lie about it and then finally admitted that there was an error. Are they allow to dig up remains without notifying anyone if the family? Are there laws to protect families against this immorality?
