In 2012 i had a misdemeanor for possession of weed, and i went to a drug court program, and my case was dismissed. But now i have another misdemeanor, also for possession of weed and my question is. if i cant have my case dismissed this time and I'm convicted, that can affect the application for my residency? ( my wife is a US citizen so we are doing the petition and everything) Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Your issues with the pursuit and consumption of illegal drugs are harming you, your wife, and your chances at ever obtaining lawful status in the USA.
The powers that run the immigration agency consider your actions, "crimes of moral turpitude".

There is no way anyone, except those authorities can say what will happen with your citizenship or residency petitions.

Your best way to avoid issues, is seek treatment for your problem and eliminate the gorilla from your life.

You could also see an immigration attorney and discuss your problems and petition.
