Other Criminal Charges & Offenses Can a misdemeanor be counted for as a felony if it's severe enough?

I wanted to know if a misdemeanor could be also accounted as a felony if it's severe enough to be counted as a felony and not a misdemeanor.

There are many laws we call"wobblers" because they can be charged as misdemeanor or felony depending on the severity.
