I recently started selling on amazon and was doing well. This was my firs time selling on amazon. I had been shipping orders out and sending them out with tracking numbers. All of a sudden I get this email:

Hello from Amazon.

We closed your account because we believe that you posted offers on our site and confirmed orders that you did not intend to fulfill.

Due to the proprietary nature of our business, we do not provide details on our investigation methods.

If we determine that a seller account has been used to engage in fraud or other illegal activity, we may permanently withhold remittances and payments. In accordance with this policy, we do not plan to transfer any funds to you.

To learn more about this policy, please search "When will I be paid" in seller Help.

I have never not shipped anything out and I have tracking numbers for everything. Is this legal for amazon to do even thought I have proof that I've shipped out everything? Can they keep my money for ever like they claim they will?

That's not quite what they're saying.

But there's a question before we go further.

If you have proof of receipt (proving tracking numbers isn't the same thing), have you sent this information to amazon? How many complaints do you have against you?

Yes, after contacting my pal, Jeffie B, he says you've been naughty. No money for you. They're planning a 30,000,000 FRAUD lawsuit and their attorneys; Lion, Braggin, & Cheetum will be sending you a settlement offer of $45.00 or else.
