Can Car Title Be Changed Without Me Knowing?

I just broke up with my girlfriend. Her car title, registration, and insurance are all in my name. I am using the car as leverage, threatening to sell the car to recover the value of my property in her apartment that she refuses to give me back. She, in return is filing a spiteful PFA against me. She has paid for the car, insurance, and registration, but due to her 3 DUIs had the car put in my name. She says that the PFA will enable her to change the title over to her without my knowledge, and still keep my property.

Can she do this? Is the car legally mine? Can I sell the car?
