I am living with my son & grandson, his girlfriend and her 3 daughters. We all moved in and signed the lease to rent in early October. I did do all the cooking and cleaning and babysitting of my grandson, who even slept with me every night. All of a sudden my son's girlfriend and I are not getting along. There has been a few confrontations with myself and my son, which is unusual for us. And now I have been served with an eviction notice! Can he evict me when he doesn't even own the house?
