A lady downstairs has had enough with our noise and decided to lie to the police and tell them that I exposed my private parts to her and her son. Long story short I just got out of being in prison for 26 hours and I know she will just lie again and say that I am breaking the oder or protection. She does not work, go to school, or have a business. On the order of protection it states that I am only allowed to see her "subject to incidental contact in apt bldg". I know she will lie again and I don't want to go to prison again for something I didn't do the first time. Can I use this order of protection against me and ask/demand that our building management company move us or allow us out of our lease as to avoid future confrentation? I really need someone's advice, thank you in advance!

You can ask but management doesn't have to meet your requests. However, to keep a peaceful environment they just might agree to moving the two of you apart.

Interestingly enough, she could probably break her lease easier based on this report (untrue or not).
