The management company returned all tenants security deposits earlier this year stating they were changing their management practices. Recently some really loud tenants moved into the apartment above me.
Since I don't have the security deposit hanging above my head, can I break my lease? My plan is to pay for Novembers rent at the end of this month, and move out by the end of November. My lease isn't up until 8/2010 but I cannot live in this building any longer.
