Can I file a Federal Habeas Corpus and 3.850 at same time?

My Appeal was PCA'd by the 2nd DCA roughly 120 days ago, and I received my Declaration. This leaves me stuck with a 3.850 or Fed. Habeas Corpus. I opted to go with the Fed. Hab. due to SOL. This was filed last month and accepted within 72 hours, the court directed the State to respond as to why the Petition should not be granted. Now I've completed my 3.850 and want to file. This is my question can I have a Federal Habeas Corpus going and file a non-collateral 3.850 in the circuit (state court) court I was sentenced by?
