The mother of my children attempted to end her life and was placed in Psychiatric care. while there she tried to hang herself.She was Diagnosed as being Manic depressive Bi Polar.
After she was discharged 5 days later she tried again. I found her and called 911 (with the hell they are giving me now I am starting to regret callingg 911) anyway. This was her third atempt in the past 6 wks. she was discharged within the week. I have filed for a modification of or to the Previous agreement for in my opinionn she is an unfit parent. Since then I have not been allowed to see my children and most of my calls go unanswered. what are my chances of getting the previous agreement changed and take custody of my children?
I have no histroy of any domestic violence, drugs or any other vices that could be viewed as an unfit habbit.
I need your advice on this matter.
