When i moved out, my ex wife had me sign a separation agreement which state what she would do when we separated and after. if she did not comply with what she agreed to do can the whole agreement be annulled or just part of it? In what ground can a separation agreement be challenged?

Here is a link that might/should answer your question.

What if one party doesn't comply with the Separation Agreement, can a judge hold the non-complying party in contempt?

No. Contempt of court is the willful failure to obey a court order. A Separation Agreement is not a court order; it is a contract and is enforceable just like any other contract. If a party violates or "breaches" a provision of the Separation Agreement, the other party may sue for breach of contract and a judge will order the other party to comply with the Agreement. Additionally, if there is an attorney's fees provision in your Separation Agreement, the judge will make the breaching party pay the non-breaching party's attorney's fees.

You don't, rather a contract don't be annulled.

That said, what do you believe your former spouse failed to do that you think she agreed to do?

If you're now divorced, why didn't you litigate this alleged breach during the divorce proceedings, or contemporary therewith?

What are you trying to accomplish, or trying to achieve?
