Criminal Records, Expungement can I get record expunged?

Five years ago I got a PJC for 2 years for domestic violence in North Carolina. I had a charge for assault on a child under 12 that was dismissed and expunged from my record. Can I get the PJC expunged now that the 2 years have passed? I am trying to go into nursing and this may keep me from finding a position.

Am I wrong?

I have tried to look into this and I think that NC law says that you can only have one thing expunged from your record. I am not sure though.
