I have an open dcfs case due to domestic violence (I'm the victim), i put my daughters father in jail and pressed charges and gave complied with court. Anyways, with another income in my home being gone I lost my apartment and have absolutely no family here. I've been Staying in a motel but my funds are getting low. I really need to go home to my mother in Hawaii where I have family and support because I don't here and an seriously in danger of becoming homeless. The judge said I have to stay in los Angeles county but I feel this is an emergency. How do I go about transferring my case?

Tell it to the judge.
You don't seriously think a few dummies on an Internet forum can give you permission to violate a judge's order, do you?
Even if THIS dummy told you, "Sure, go anywhere you want to go, this is 'Merica, yo!"
You really wouldn't think that could work, do you?
Do yourself a favor, tell it to DCFS and the judge.
This is what happens when you immerse yourself in the DCFS whirlpool.
Good luck.

I work for DCFS and will tell you not to flee the state or the county for that matter because they will issue a warrant for you and for your child.
