Can I lose these items

My brother was in the beginning stages of getting divorced. He had bought a brand new motorcycle with settlement money he received last year. The bike was bought and purchased under his girlfriends name. The other day my brother died in a snowmobile accident and we feel his wife will try and take the bike even though we know he wanted me to have it. The title and registration is all in someone else's name and has no direct link to my brother.

The LEGAL owner of the motorcycle is the person that is named on the title.

No one can take the bike from the LEGAL owner.
