I have been wanting to start up my own skateboard company in the UK called 'Sack City Skateboards'. I was informed by a friend of mine that there is a song called 'Sack City'. I was concerned if i could use the name or not. Would it be classed as copyright? Thanks for your time.

Sorry, mate, we are a US focused law forum.
We aren't being exclusive, we're just ignorant about laws (some would say we're just ignorant, but I digress) outside of the USA.
