Hello. I'm seventeen and I would like to move out of my parents home and into my god-mothers home. My home is not a safe environment or a clean environment and I think it would be in my best interest to move out. My parents do not want me to move out so there for I don't have their permission is there any way I can move out. I'm getting my GED so it's not like I need to stay for school but I'm not sure what to do. The people who I want to move in with are going to let me I just need to figure out how to get out of my house.

If your parents say you can move out, you can. If your parents say you cannot move out, you cannot. It really is that simple.
And no, there are no loopholes or exceptions.
And if you move out without permission, the people you stay with are the ones who go to jail. AFTER you are dragged home by your ear.
