I am 33 years old. I met my biological father at 18, I am the product of an affair. A DNA test has proven I am his daughter. Three years ago I was diagnosed with a genetic eye condition but because my father will not allow my Dr. to examine him or allow a Dr. to Dr. conversation there is still a sliver of doubt that this is the condition I have. I have 2 small children and would like to know for sure not only for myself but for them. Do I have any rights cincerning my biological fathers medical records?
