Hello, can I print on t-shirt some kind of text and write at the end that it said Aristotle? I need it for commercial purposes. It will be just for fun. Probably about things that did not exist when Aristotle was alive. For example, "Never underestimate true power of gaming. It has a potential to heal our souls' deepest wounds – Aristotle", or something like that. (I know that it might be grammatically incorrect and etc. I just wrote it for an example) Can I print that kind of text on t-shirt and sell it?

I would think that if you attributed a quote to person that died in 322 B.D. it would be seen as sarcastic, ironic, sardonic, or silly.

It should cause you no legal pain, unless you give attribution to a quote that was uttered by another person.
